I am a huge fan of cream cheese frostings, but I haven’t personally made one that I’d call fabulous. I’m always on the lookout for different recipes. The carrot cake recipe is very timely.

That’s a thinner carrot cake than I am used to. I think it makes it look much cuter and actually more like a chessecake! Adorable!
