This is the best family friendly St. Patrick’s Day drink ever !! The kids and adults will want it year round ! And of course it’s easy, cute and taste so good !!
What You Need:
2 cups whole milk
2 cups half and half
8 oz (2 large bars) white chocolate bar (I used Lindt) – broken into small pieces
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 drops green food coloring
Garnish: whipped cream and chocolate chips
How To Create:
1. In a large saucepan, add the milk and half and half. Heat over medium heat until the milk becomes hot – do not let the milk boil.
2. Add the white chocolate and stir occasionally until melted.
3. Add the extract and food coloring. Stir until well mixed.
4. Pour into serving glass and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
5. ENJOY!!
If your not a White Chocolate lover like me it taste amazing with regular chocolate as well I have had both over and over !
SO EASY & FUN!
Hope you love it as much as me and my kids do !!! Thanks so much for coming by !!
