OMG these look fantastic. I love Samoas (where I come from, they’re called Caramel Delites). I’ll definitely be pulling this recipe out during non-GSC season when I need my cookie fix!

I love the fact that not only does this seem tasty, the clean up seems easy. In my house, easy on the clean up is must. I am definitely sharing this recipe. It puts the fancy in an old favorite!

And these would all be eaten in about 10 minutes by me! Samoa’s are my favorite girl scout cookie, but they sure have gotten expensive. These sound like an awesome alternative!
