If yall are anything like me you have a craft stash? My husband went hunting this weekend and I pulled together a bunch of odds and ends to make 3 very cute garlands. They make the house more festive I even took one to work…. Don’t worry don’t have a lot of this at home? If not most of this can be bought at the dollar store for very very cheap.

When it comes to crafting & cooking I always try to do Pretty, Cheap and easy !

All of these were so simple and creating with my glue gun. 

Supplies I Used:

Glue Gun

Scissors

Felt

Feathers

Paint

Pine Cones

String

Glitter

Spray Glue

TIPS:

For the felt garland I cut a lot of triangles at one time they don’t have to be perfect.

I painted just the tips of the pine cones with a regular paint brush different shades of pink.

Hot glued the tops on the pine cone directly onto string.

The spray glue is very powerful so I placed the feathers in tin-foil to spray them and then added the glitter so it wouldn’t go everywhere.

Put tiny holes in the feather stems to string them on.

I glued the felt triangles together back to back with the glue directly on the string.

This was so fun and easy anyone can do this do not be intimidated !!

If your kids feel left out you can always just leave out the alcohol and have a matching drink that’s what I do for my daughter. It’s lots of fun and something special for you and them !

Ya’ll know by now I love easy and pretty treats this is defiantly one of those !!

Serve with a bowl of cherries on the side. When I make this for company and not just me I always serve it on a  white tray and it looks amazing ! So simple but looks so classy and makes people think you went above and beyond.

What You Need:

Ingredients:

• 4 De-Stemmed Cherries
• 1 tbsp. Cherry Juice (from canned cherries)
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ cup Grenadine
• 2 oz. Whiskey
• 1 cup Sparkling Water
• Stemmed Cherries (garnish)

HOW TO:

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, mash de-stemmed cherries with muddler.
2. Add cherry juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine, whiskey, and sparkling water to shaker. Add ice cubes. Shake.
3. Pour into glass through strainer. Garnish with stemmed cherries.

Well that all changed drastically when Obama was elected. Everyone was so stuck on him being black. Every white person instantly hated him and every getto black person instantly was on cloud nine singing songs such as my president is black ! Which both views were insane i gave it awhile before i let others determine my judgements. I read and kept up with all the mess on the news and on social media. But i was still undecided on what my thoughts were…

Well it didnt take long. Everytime i heard him give a speech it gave me cold chills and no not the good kind you get from your husband.

Him getting elected made every race issue that already existed worse. He singlehandedly made tension between races. He connected so strongly with Travon Martin but not the people that came back from war with missing limbs !! Wow !!.

Before i knew any details about ObamaCare it still rang as strange in my mind. Why hasnt a president done this before now? Why does it have to be named after him? No wonder after the details finally emerged it was a full blown mess.

I still find it offensive that the black voters that like Obma insist that the only reason people dont like him is cause he is black. Thats the most redicluous thing I’ve ever heard ! He has done nothing but kill the light of the USA and after all his mess im entitled to dislike him.

Let me list a few facts as to why i dislike him more than anyone ! These are facts and can be looked up and verified.

●● He went to Jermiah Wright’s church for 20 years Wright is anti-white, anti-semtic and anti-american !!

●● America lots it’s AAA credit rating for the first time since 1917.

●● Under Obama the US has lost more than 300,000 education jobs.

●● Health insurance cost has risen 29% since Obama got into office.

●● In 2011 the Obama administration spent $592,527 on a study to gigure out why chimpanzees throw poop ! Seriously!

●● Today 77% of all americans live pay check to pay check.

●● The middle class is taking home a smaller share of the overall income pie than has ever been recorded.

●● For the first time ever, more than a million public school students in the US are homeless.

So yes !!! When i woke up to the Republicans rocking the polls and the map full of red i was freaking leeping with happiness. So now finally maybe more people are relizing Obamas mess has nothing to-do with being black !!!
