Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie! Taste just like a cinnamon bun shoved into a glass. Perfect for protein powder

What You Need:

  • 1 Cup milk
  • ½ Cup rolled oats
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • More cinnamon to top

 

How To Create:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until creamy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with extra cinnamon

Tips

  1. You can also add some raisins to it.
  2. Add more banana to make it creamier
  3. Swap the milk for any other vegetable milk you like
  4. This creation is perfect for a protein powder as well.

    This one is super simple to make. I love cinnamon rolls, so perhaps I could eat one while drinking a cinnamon roll smoothie! I might suffer a cinnamon overdose, though. 🙂

    I never thought to add oats to my smoothies, I’m vegan so it looks like I could easily use almond milk and that would make it really sweet and creamy too! YUM!

    I’ve been making smoothies for awhile, but haven’t tried this combination yet!
    The rolled oats make a HUGE difference in my smoothies – they make me feel fuller for longer.

    This sounds so good!! I purposefully didn’t buy a blender when I moved into my house because I knew I would be constantly creating milkshakes and such, but this seems like such a healthy alternative! I might need to go buy a blender…
