Well let me explain by now y’all probably know I’m not the best cook in the world yes I’m okay with that but the one thing I can and always make every holiday is Betty Crocker French Onion Scalloped Pototaos. My whole family gets together so I like to do my part and take a dish and that is the one go to recipe I have !! And easy is a understatement and its gone in minutes.
Give it a try its simple and has so much flavor.
What to get:
It’s only 5 yes 5 ingredients ya’ll !!! YAY !!

3 1/2cups boiling water.
2cups half-and-half.
3/4cup chopped red bell pepper.
1can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions.
** This is the regular recipe feel free to add or subtract what comes to mind.
What to do:
1. Heat over to 400.
2. In 13×9-inch glass baking dish, stir together both Sauce Mixes, the dressing mix, boiling water and half-and-half with wire whisk. Stir in both Potatoes pouches and the bell pepper. Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

This is my kind of recipe! Every Christmas my mom makes scalloped potatoes from scratch – it’s something my entire family looks forward to. Unfortunately, I don’t share her talents in the kitchen haha. x Natalie http://www.thegirlwithbangs.com
