TeaGarita Georgia Style

If you have ever been to GA or lived here… then you already know we love our Tea and always sweet. If you order tea here it will 100% be sweet.

My blog tag line speaks for itself:

Here in the south we don’t hide crazy

We parade it around on the front porch and give it a sweet tea.

It’s true ya’ll ! And if your lucky we will hand you a “special” tea my TeaGrita. So easy and so good here are the details…

 What You Need:

 
8 oz brewed Tea
1 lemon
1 lime
2 oz Tequila
1 oz lime juice​

How To Create:

Put Course Salt on a small plate.
 
Rub a lime on the edge of the glass and place rim of glass in the salt.  Mix together 8 oz tea, Tequilla, Lime Juice. Pour over ice. Slice your lemon and lime and use for garnish.

    I just made some what my mom calls Georgia Tea (we brew it hot with sugar and pour it over a pitcher full of ice) and tequila is my favorite so this will be perfect!!! Why didn’t I ever think of this? Thank you!!!
