I will admit I have not always been a smoothie/healthy  eating person but I am trying and doing so much better ! Now don’t get me wrong I still have my share of the no so healthy goodies as well. I love it all ! But lately I have really been enjoying my smoothie bowls and smoothies ! They taste amazing and no gritting mess here ! And they are truly good for you ! It’s a win-win ! Smoothies are NOT hard work like some think as long as you pick up the ingredients as needed and stock up your good ! And then there is always to make them your own something you love or hate you can always add and or take away !

Super

What you need:

Superfood Smoothie Ingredients

½ cup Frozen Kale

1/3 cup Frozen Spinach

1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

1 ½ cup Coconut Water

1/3 to ½ Ripe Avocado

Dash Ground Cayenne Pepper

How to make the goodness:

.

1.Add frozen kale, frozen spinach, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut water,
avocado, and cayenne pepper to blender.
Note: I recommend using
NutriBullet, but most blenders will work fine.
2.Blend for approximately 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth.
3.Pour into glass. Garnish with pineapple, spinach, and a pinch of ground
cayenne pepper. Serve immediately or seal and store in refrigerator for
up to
48 hours.

Eating Better = Feeling Better !!

Some people are freaked out by “green” drinks and truly don’t like the color. But I promise you try this one you won’t be sorry it’s so good and does NOT taste like a Vitamin !

Let me know if you have any questions & thanks so much for coming by my little world means so much !

I definitely don’t mind green drinks at all, but I love avocados too much to probably ever put them in a smoothie–usually eat them as a topping on stuff so that I can enjoy avocado flavor to the max. Smoothies do tend to disguise flavors a bit. 🙂

I’ll have test this out! I’m not a big fan of coconut, but I love avocado, so it may be worth it to try it out. And since I can take and add some things, why not?

Good for you for trying to eat healthier, but I can’t make myself ingest something like this. The last time I tried using avocado to make a healthy version of dessert…I’ll spare you.
