    Tiramisu

Yes I have a major sweet tooth and I make these ALL the time cause they are my daughters absolute favorite. I always pair mine with coffee and it’s perfection.

What You Need:

6 Tbsp butter
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup brown sugar
2 Tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsp sour cream
2 Egg whites
1 1/4 Cup flour
2 Tsp baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp milk

Cinnamon and marshmallows to decorate

Frosting Ingredients:

1/2 Cup butter
2 1/2 Cups confectioners sugar
1 Tsp vanilla extract

How To Create:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cupcake pan with 12 cupcake liners.
In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, vanilla and baking powder
Add the sour cream and the egg whites.
Incorporate half of the flour, add the milk and the other half of the flour.
Keep mixing until everything is well incorporated.
Take to the oven and bake for 15/20 minutes or until done.
Remove fro the oven and with the help of a brush, paint the cupcakes with some fresh brewed coffee.
Let the cupcakes cool and repeat the coffee brushing step.
Decorate with the frosting, sprinkle some cinnamon and top with a marshmallow.
Serve and enjoy

Frosting Directions:

In a bowl mix on medium speed the butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Place in a piping bag and use it to decorate the cupcakes

These look SO good! I’m a huge fan of tiramisu and cupcakes so I’m sure I’ll love these just as much as them both by themselves!

Tiramisu is one of my favorites but I have never made anything Tiramisu myself. I always tend to just order it for a special dessert when we are out. Guess it is time for me to try it myself!!
