Watermelon Cucumber Cooler Cocktail

Watermelon is the epitome of summer!! I was thinking of a nice refreshing summer sipper.  I also love the freshness of cucumber and combined these two flavors to come up with this drink. You will love this on a hot summer day!!!

To up the “cool” factor I added some cucumbers and mint and it makes the perfect flavor combination. All of the flavors are subtle enough to not overpower each other but come together for the perfect mix

Thanks for the yummy drink recipe, but I’m also curious about what the white cube on the toothpick is between the cucumber and watermelon. Feta cheese?

We enjoy watermelon as much as we can during the season. Sounds like a refreshing drink, except we don’t drink here in our household so would have to delete the alcohol and see how it taste.

Try adding sparkling water instead of the alcohol.

I love watermelon-flavored things, but not watermelon, isn’t that funny?! This looks delish! (Of course, 7.5 months preggo here, so I would need mine without the alcohol 🙂 )
