If you haven’t made or had a smoothie bowl yet you ARE missing out big ! Not only are they super packed with healthiness they are so good and so easy. I love drinking smoothies as well but I have fell in love with the smoothie bowl and the extra texture that comes with it.

I normally save my smoothie bowls for the weekend I have extra time to enjoy my treat.white

There are so many different kinds of smoothie bowls right now ! But this one is amazing and a bit different than all the fruit ones. The smoothness plus the crunch of the granola is a perfect match !

This creamy delicious Avocado Smoothie Bowl is made

with banana, milk (or almond milk), and a touch of honey

for sweetness. It’s topped off with wholesome banana

granola, slivered almonds and coconut for a delicious

crunch. This is a delicious breakfast or snack that fits into a

variety of healthy eating and diet plans.

What you need:

what you need

1⁄2  cup milk or almond milk

1⁄4  cup vanilla yogurt (optional)

2 ripe avocados

1 banana

1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar

Toppings:

banana granola, slivered almonds, flaked coconut, drizzle of honey

How To Create:

In a blender, combine the milk (or almond milk), banana and avocado. For an even creamier

texture, and boost of probiotics and calcium, add yogurt.

Pulse until smooth, pour into a bowl.

Top with banana granola, slivered almonds, flaked coconut, and drizzle of honey.

Let me know what ya’ll think and please ask if you have any questions at all. I’m telling you try it you won’t be sorry !

Thanks so much for coming by my little world.

I had not actually heard of a smoothie bowl before. I’m very curious on how the avocado will taste mixed with all that other stuff…avocados will surprise you where they fit in sometimes. Pinned!

I love avocado, and I love banana, but does the avocado overpower the taste of the banana or other flavorings? I definitely want to try this out and will have to wait till the weekend, sounds pretty interesting 🙂 Paula

Yum. This sounds delicious. I have some avocados, and as soon as the ripen, they are being made into this.

I am pretty sure this is an acquired taste, at least for me. I love avocados but in savory stuff. Like a nice cheese and avocado sandwich. Or something like that.
