Good Morning !!! I love doing something a little special for breakfast on the weekends. And I did this yesterday and my husband and kids had them ALL gone in about 10 minutes. YAY !!! They are so easy and good and the kids also think something a little different is cool.

SUPER EASY

Looks amazing right? It Is!

What You Need:

18 hash brown bites

6 eggs

½ sharp cheddar cheese

4 slices of deli ham chopped

Salt & Pepper

Onion Salt

*Need mini spring form pans*  (I got mine on Ebay for so cheap)

2016-03-11 11.15.40

How To Create:

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Take out crispy crowns and defrost. Once defrosted, place 6 round hash brown bites in each pan. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Smash crispy crowns into bottom of pan to make a crust. Sprinkle with onion salt and salt and pepper. Put desired amount of cheese in. Sprinkle in ham. Crack egg on top of each pan. In a separate bowl, separate yolks from whites. Take yolks and divide up into the 3 pans to fill in top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in oven 20 minutes. Unlatch spring form pan and serve! Recipe makes 3 cakes.

I think investing in that small oven I saw is really needed so I can do some of the things that I have seen here. They all look so awesome. My son would totally love this.

These look good. I have mini spring pans, but I was wondering if you could also make these in a muffin tin.

So simple, yet the look so yummy!! I can also see kids having fun making them, and since they are individual, you can add more or less veggies to each…great idea!
