I wanted to create a little something for my vegan friends more and more people are going that route. And this was super easy and VERY good I loved it myself.
What You Need:
½ cup soy vanilla ice cream (you can also use a nut or coconut ice cream as well)
1 sprig of fresh mint, mulled
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup almond, soy or coconut milk
2 ounces of silken tofu (you can use soft, semi firm or firm)
1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen works fine)
½ cup vegan yogurt
1/3 cup ice
1/2 cup orange juice (optional)
How To Create:
Gather all ingredients.
Measure correct items for all.
Toss in blender.
What I love about smoothies is they are super easy to make and you can make them good for you at the same time.
