Orange Dream Cream Cakes

If you don’t want to be hooked to another treat then don’t make this !! HA-HA at least you had a warning. These are truly amazing and a unique treat. My sister makes these all the time for her meeting and I finally tried them and WOW. Now it’s my  turn to make this greatness all the time.

SAN MARINO

What You Need:

White Cake mix

½ cup Orange Juice

1 orange for zest

3 eggs

½ cup water

½ cup oil

Vanilla ice cream

Marshmallow candy melts

Orange food coloring

-need small spring form pans- (Cheap on Ebay)

How To Create:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake with cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and food coloring. Bake for 24 minutes. Cool cakes and cut in half. Place top half of cake back into springform pan. Place one scoop of ice cream on top of cake in pan and spread evenly. Place top layer over ice cream and place in freezer. Prepare candy melts in microwave. Take cakes back out and spread candy melts on top. Sprinkle with orange zest. Place back in freezer for at least 45 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

    YUM!!! Great minds think alike, because I’m actually making a Strawberry Lemonade Cake that looks extremely similar to this for a girl’s night tonight (just swapping out lemon for oranges)! Love that they’re little mini cakes 🙂 YUM!!! did i say that already? 😉
