Raspberry Mint Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is 100% addicting it’s crazy it so good and light but feels me up with a new unique summer flavor.

It’s even better the next day after it has marinated a little bit overnight. This is whatΒ  I call the perfect porch treat for any day of the week.

What You Need:

2 cups cooked macaroni pasta, cooled
2 sprigs fresh mint
1/2 cup raspberries
2 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
Salt & Pepper, to taste
needed.

How To Create:

Combine the white balsamic and honey in a small bowl. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, taste and adjust to your preferences.
Pour the dressing over the pasta and stir to coat thoroughly.
Rip up the leaves of mint and add to the pasta, then gently add the raspberries to prevent crushing.
Allow the pasta salad to marinade in the fridge before serving. The longer it marinades, the sweeter the pasta salad becomes.
