Hey y’all who all has kids in Elementary school ? Well I do and I have truly enjoyed it so far. I have heard so many people struggling with sight works with the kids and I hate that ! I know every child is different and learn way different than others. But i think cause I make it fun it helps me and my daughter.

1. I took very cute scrapbooking cards and wrote the words each week kn those so far and put them in a cute metal box. It’s easy and cute and my girl likes all the prints.

2. I bought some sticker letters and a poster board and let her find the words out of the letter s and then place on poster board what kid boy or girl don’t like stickers. Especially big ones !

When it’s pretty weather out side we do them out there so we are not so cooped up !!

So far it has worked wonders for us !! She knows each weeks sight words before the new set comes out. And of course we go over all the old ones each week to refresh as well.

Tons of kids these days have a phone they use on WiFi or a tablet and love using it cause they feel like a big girl/boy. These apps are perfect for that!

This is perfect when I saw this I knew it would be perfect I literally bought Nerf guns on Friday and they love using them in the house hahah !!

Word version on candy land perfect in our house cause we play candy land about 30 times a day !!

Morals & Monograms my friend is a very real thing. My daughter is in kindergarten this year and they started back yesterday.

This post is from a hateful facebook post I read after her school orientation that said:

I teach my son morals, respect and good manners that’s more important than name brand clothes and monogramed schools supplies.

Ummm… Okay ? Well guess what my child has all those quality’s plus tons of monogramed schools supplies and cute clothes.

We live in a very tiny town so when people feel the need to be mean on social media everyone sees it and normally knows who its directed to.

I have a son and daughter & I I love to spoil them both and we get excited about going back to school. Why not make it personalized and fun if you can ? I’m not having anymore kids and I will soak up every second I can of the greatness.

So I started thinking about what the comment said on Facebook and kinda was just like wow that’s rude and in my opinion judging other people is not teaching very good manners.

Then the very 1st day of school a girl I don’t know very well posted the following comment on my wall:

My sweet girl helped a little boy that was having a bad first day. Made me proud and my heart happy.

So with that being said why do people expect us to apologize for doing special things for our children and wanting them to be dressed nice?? It’s absurd and this is a perfect example of judging people and being WRONG.
