Turtle BrownieOkay I’m loving spring time and the extra few minutes I have on the weekends and the little spring form pans I got recently have been my major go to for the best treats yet ! So far so good and all have been very family friendly kid approved and husband too. Yay for me!

These are even really good if you make them a few nights before and freeze them. Better make extra they will definitely go fast !

What You Need:

Fudge brownie mix

Vanilla ice cream

Pecans

Caramel topping

You will need mini Spring form pans

How To Create:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Follow directions on brownie box and prepare brownies. Let brownies cool completely. Take vanilla ice cream out and let it sit on counter and get soft.  When brownies are cooled, crumble up brownies. When softened, put a smooth layer of ice cream in bottom of pan. Scoop brownies into pan and press down firmly to form a brownie layer. Scoop caramel and add a layer on top of brownie. Scoop ice cream on top of caramel and smooth layer. Sprinkle pecans on top. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour. 10 minutes prior to serving, put serving plate in freezer. Take plate and cakes out and top cakes with whipped cream and pecans.
