I’ve always loved Starbucks’s Mermaid Frappuccino. But I didn’t realize how super easy this fun frozen drink would be to make until, well, I made it. LOL!
I never even would have thought to make this Mermaid Frappuccino, except that my kiddos, precious little demanding monsters that they are, insisted that we make one.
Because there are two colors and al the chocolate drizzle, I really thought it would be difficult and I was a little reluctant. But, after figuring out that making two-tone frappuccinos isn’t really that hard, well, I’m about to make a ton more! LOL!
What You Need to Make this Mermaid Frappuccino
Check it out, this is all I needed to make this amazing mermaid frap:
Yeah, just a simple:
- 4 cups ice
- 2 tblspn Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 4 tblspns white chocolate
- 1 tspn vanilla bean paste
- 2 cups milk or cream
- 3 tblspn sugar
- Mango for garnish
And then you’re drinking this:
How to Make this Mermaid Frappuccino
Step 1
Divide ice in half.
Step 2
Divide milk in half.
Step 3
In ½ portion of milk, combine 1 ½ tblspn sugar, ½ tspn vanilla bean paste and machta green tea powder. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Add machta milk mixture to ½ ice portion and blend until well combined. Set aside.
Step 5
Melt white chocolate chips by microwaving them in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment.
Step 6
Slowly add 2 tblspns melted white chocolate to the remaining portion of milk with remaining sugar, and remaining vanilla bean paste. Stir to combine.
Step 7
Add blackberries and white chocolate milk mixture to ½ ice portion and blend until well combined.
Step 8
Rim glass with remaining white chocolate and spoon portions of blackberry ice and machta ice into the glass in layers.
Step 9
Top with a slice of mango and ENJOY!

Instructions
