In all seriousness, this Unicorn Frappuccino recipe is way different than I initially expected. See, this was another demand from my tiny humans.
Because when they found out I was making Starbucks copycat frappuccinos, well, they made a list.
But I’d heard the unicorn frappuccino was not, erhm, yummy.
Boy were those naysayers wrong.
It’s like having a snow cone or a frozen candy and it’s absolutely delicious.
So take that, naysayers!

It’s also surprisingly easy to figure out how to make a unicorn frappuccino.
I just used a few ingredients I had on hand:
- 4 cups ice
- 4 tblspns white chocolate
- 1 tspn vanilla bean paste
- 4 cups milk or cream
- 4 tblspn sugar
- 1 tblspn citric acid
- Pink food coloring

Then it was blend and color.
Simple. Really.
How to Make this Unicorn Frappuccino Recipe
Step 1
Combine milk, sugar, citric acid, and vanilla bean paste. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Melt white chocolate chips by microwaving them in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment.
Step 3
Slowly add 2 tblspns melted white chocolate to the milk mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Pour milk mixture over the ice. The chocolate may have solidified a little in the mixing, but that’s ok, just add it to the ice and keep going.
Step 5
Blend the ice mixture until well combined and ice is smooooth.
Step 6
Split the ice mixture into two bowls. Add blue food coloring to one bowl and stir well. Repeat with the pink food coloring for the other portion.
Step 7
Rim glass with remaining white chocolate and spoon portions of blue ice and pink ice into the glass in layers.
Step 8
Top with white chocolate chunks and enjoy!
