Salted Caramel Cheesecake Martini.

Boy do I have a treat for you !!! Drinking dessert is sometimes way better than eating it, especially when it tastes a good as this Caramel Cheesecake Martini does! It’s perfection.white

What You Need:

2 oz.  Salted Caramel Vodka

1 1/2 oz. Baileys

2 oz. Heavy Cream

1 Tbs Salted Chocolate Caramel Sauce Ghirardelli

Chocolate Caramel sauce to drizzle in the glass

Gold Sanding sugar

Simple syrup

1 Caramel square

How To Create:

Use 2 appetizer plates, on one of the plates pour 1 tbsp of simple syrup. On the other one add the gold sanding sugar.

Dip the rim of your glasses in the simple syrup and then in the gold sanding sugar and set to the side

Use the Ghirardelli chocolate salted caramel sauce and drizzle down the glass making any crazy fun design you want – set to the side

In a large bar shaker add all liquors, heavy cream, 1 Tbsp. of salted caramel sauce, along with 3-4 pieces of ice – shake to combine

Pour your cocktail mix into your martini glass

Garnish with a Caramel

    You had me at the glass and at the words salted caramel. I know of some people who do not like it but I do. Salted caramel is the perfect balance between saltiness and sweetness.
